Hey y'all! I saw my Endocrinologist this week. That's starting to be such a naughty word lol. While my levels are normal and I feel my new normal of "fine," I'm fat. Most people look at me and say you aren't fat, a little bit of weight looks good on you. I'm the heaviest I have ever been in MY life and I don't like it. Not one bit. My neck is slowly disappearing. I can't let it leave me! What does my Endo say? The next time I come back I need to be AT LEAST 10 pounds lighter. He also maintains that my weight gain is a direct result of my snacking and has nothing to do with my no longer having a thyroid. I call BULLSHIT (sorry mom)! I have NEVER had an issue with losing weight. Ever. Now though, it seems like the more I try, the more I gain. I'm eating 80% better than I normally do. I'm about to get some exercise in rotation. In my previous life, all I would have to do is change the way I eat and the weight would literally fall off. I
