Hi guys! Did you have a Merry Christmas? These days, when it comes to food, me and easy go hand in hand! I came across several of these recipes on Pinterest and even bought all of the ingredients about 2 months ago. This is the EASIEST recipe. I've combined several to make it my own...easily adaptable so you feel free to do the same! I know it's after Christmas and no one feels like being in the kitchen! I think I will try this with bbq chicken, caramelized onions and feta next... Happy Holidays!

Good day good people! Do you guys send out holiday cards? I've tried to make it a tradition since having Boogie. I always LOVE when my friends send me photo cards. Especially the ones that I don't get to see all that often. I keep them all! I think next year I'm going to add them to my holiday decor somehow. It's so amazing seeing how the kids grow over the years! I wanted to share our holiday cards with you guys. Hoping it will spread love and cheer! I used Shutterfly this year to create the cards. We snapped a few pictures while in Louisiana for Thanksgiving and I'm pleased with the results! I've seen many places that offer them...even Walmart! So here they are! Wishing you and your family the best of health, wealth and holiday cheer! XOXO RoJo & Trinity

I've been out of town 3 of the past 4 weeks! It's been a lot of relaxation (finally). I needed it! You never realize how much you need to relax until you get the opportunity to do so. I have a recipe to share with you today. Actually two. As the holiday season is here, I've been trying to find easy things to cook so that I can spend as much time with Boogie as possible. With it getting dark so early, my body wants to go to bed as soon as the streetlights come on! Some nights I do! We went to visit my sister and brother in law for a week for Thanksgiving. Bless my sister's heart, she prepared the entire Thanksgiving meal! I was beyond grateful for her because I really didn't have it in me this year. My contributions were a cake (recipe below) and cranberry sauce. While I'm accustom
